How long does shipping take?

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, for shipments outside Germany it can take 2-5 working days.

What are the shipping costs and to which countries do we ship?

We ship throughout Europe and, above all, free of charge.

Within the EU there are no customs fees and import taxes, but outside the EU they may apply.
Please note that there are different regulations for import taxes and customs fees depending on the country and you have to pay these fees.

Please note that customs delays may occur outside the EU, over which we unfortunately have no control.

How fast will my order be processed?

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours to our shipping center and then to the parcel service provider. You will receive a notification by email to your registered email address.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped by the carrier selected during checkout (Deutsche Post or a package with tracking).
