Cancel contract

Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Simply enter your email address and order number, then click “Confirm cancellation”. You will then receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

Have you already received your goods? After you cancel your order, we’ll send you all the information you need to return them. Alternatively, you can register your return directly in our returns portal . Registering a return within the cancellation period also counts as canceling your order. To help us process it, please add the note “Cancellation” under the customer comments for the return.

Please keep the proof of postage for your return and, if possible, use a shipping service with tracking.
